Location: Prinshof School sports field
Time: 09:30 – 16:00
Cost: R50 per person, under 18 is free. R50 must be paid in cash only on the day of the event at the entrance of the school.

Food and what to bring:
– Bring your own meat, refreshments, crockery and cutlery, braai tongs, umbrella and chair or blanket.
– Charcoal, wood and braais will be provided. Pap and sauce will also be provided. The R50 entrance fee is payable whether you would like to eat at the event or not.
– There will be braai packs of meat available for sale on the day of the event for R40.
– For those who request, assistance will be provided to braai their meat.
– Kids entertainment, tuck shop and braai area will be available.
– In keeping with the Rainbow Reunion theme, we would encourage guests to dress in the colours of the rainbow. However, guests may feel free to wear whatever they feel comfortable in.

– There will be an unveiling of a wall of remembrance for fallen Prinshof learners and staff members.
– There will be organized tours of the school for those who are interested.
– Previous learners will have the opportunity to sit in year groups for ease of socialization.
– There will be music and short opportunities to share a word as entertainment.
– Children’s entertainment such as jumping castles and face paint will be provided.
– There will be strictly no access to the swimming pool on the day of the event.
– A photo booth will be available.

– Ubers are welcome to drop of guests at the school field.
– Parking will be available inside the school premises.
– Guide dogs are welcome. There will be a dedicated relief area for guide dogs with water available.
Please take note: strictly no alcohol is allowed on the premises. The school may not have alcohol on its premises according to the Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Bill of 2021, Clause 8 Section A.
